company to solve this chronic problem, in a way that benefits brokers,
companies, and employees. Before Array, there were few health benefit options
for companies with
less than $300 to give every employee each month for health benefits. These
companies now have a choice in Array Health. The company also sells its
proprietary Private Exchange® technology and supporting services to insurance
carriers enabling them to offer companies a defined contribution approach
to health benefits.
