The founders realized the cost of group medical insurance had made it an unattainable goal for many companies that want to offer their employees health benefits. They established the company to solve this chronic problem, in a way that benefits brokers, companies, and employees. Before Array, there were few health benefit options for companies with less than $300 to give every employee each month for health benefits. These companies now have a choice in Array Health.
