Executive Team
Jonathan Rickert, CEO, brings to
Array Health Solutions more than eight years of experience in creating web-based
software to serve a variety of industries, as well as the government. Before
joining Array, he served as a consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton, where he
helped develop an e-Grants service offering for federal government agencies.
Earlier in his career
Jonathan program managed IT projects for HP Services. He holds an MBA from
the F.W. Olin School of Business at Babson College.
Daniel Wolf, Chief Software Architect, has eleven years of experience in software development. Dan’s forte is architecting
and developing scalable, high performance and complex software systems, such as the one he developed for Array. Dan was
previously Chief Architect of an MIT software start-up, RealityWave, which was purchased by AVEVA, a UK-based software company.
Christopher Moneta, Director of Business Development,
uses his strong experience in the health insurance and financial services
industries to lead Array’s sales efforts. Christopher previously served as
a Group Sales Representative for GE Financial. He contributed significantly
to the establishment of the Washington and Alaska markets for GE and was
instrumental
in making Seattle one of the company’s largest and most successful satellite
offices.
Richard Moore, Operations Manager, brings many years of experience working with Group Health Cooperative as a consultant. Richard was responsible for helping to successfully implement ERP, workforce management, and CRM systems. He holds a Juris Doctor from Seattle University Law and an MBA from the Albers School of Business and Economics at Seattle University.
Mitch Katz, Client Services Manager, comes to Array with more than twenty years of experience in client service and customer
support. He has been solving problems and answering questions for internal and
external clients in industries as diverse as advertising, publishing, consumer
products and medical software. As an operations professional at HarperCollins
Publishers, Physician Micro Systems, and Smashing Ideas, Mitch has managed call
centers, training centers, implementation groups and technical support teams,
with a special emphasis on helping people take advantage of new technology.
Brian Barefoot, Director, serves on Array’s Board of Directors. At PaineWebber, Inc. from 1994 to 2001, he served
as Executive Vice President and Director of Investment Banking, a member of its Board of Directors, and President and Chief
Executive Officer of its subsidiary, PaineWebber International. Brian served as president of Babson College, one of the
nation’s leading management schools, from July of 2001 until he retired in June of 2008. Brian currently is a Director,
member of the Audit Committee and Chair of the Finance and Business Operations Committee of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.
Ralph Derrickson, Director, serves on Array’s Board of Directors. Ralph is President and CEO of Carena, Inc, a Seattle-based company that provides healthcare for the way we live and work today. Mr. Derrickson has more than 25 years of senior management and venture investment experience and a proven track record of innovation. Prior to joining Carena, Mr. Derrickson was Managing Director of Venture Investments at Vulcan Capital and a founding partner of Watershed Capital. Mr. Derrickson held senior management positions at Metricom, Inc., Starwave Corporation, and NeXT Computer, Inc. He also serves on the board of directors of Perficient (NASDAQ: PRFT). Ralph is a lecturer at the Michael G Foster School of Business at the University of Washington, and is a member of the Executive Advisory Board of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Washington.
