Array Bulletin: Service & Market Updates
for October 2009
Over the past year, Array has grown rapidly. Our average client size is now 70
employees and we have clients in a wide range of industries from medical facilities
to construction companies. With this growth we have recently expanded the services
and resources we offer our brokers and clients. This newsletter outlines some
of these enhancements.
Array Now Offers Enrollment Services
Array has begun to offer brokers comprehensive enrollment services for new clients.
Array can help coordinate the entire enrollment process with:
- All employee meetings
- Employee communication materials
- Laptop computers for individual policy application
- Individual employee meetings
- Plan administrator tutorials
- Compliance document distribution
- Notice and outreach to existing COBRA enrollees
- High-risk pool application tools and assistance
The results have been terrific. We consistently hear that our enrollments have
gone much more smoothly than expected for brokers, employers, and employees.
Array Releases New Plan Administrator Guide
Array recently published the latest version of its Plan Administrator Guide.
The guide is extremely comprehensive, replete with useful explanations and
screen shots.
The new guide includes chapters on:
- Enrollment preparation
- Enrollment
- Understanding the HRA plan
- Ongoing administration
- Billing and payroll overview
- Individual health insurance
- Common plan administrator and employee scenarios
The guide gives plan administrators answers to the vast majority of their questions.
Administrators can also always call Client Services with their questions.
Resource Center on Array Health Website
We have worked to expand the Resource
Center of the Array Health website. Our
intention is to provide brokers with the tools and information to effectively
speak about Array to clients and prospects. The Resource Center now includes:
