With Array your client simply provides an allowance to its employees. Those who choose to use their HRA money for insurance can purchase the individual health insurance policy they want in the private market and be reimbursed for the policy through the company’s HRA. When you sell Array’s HRA to a company, we license our online application platform to you at no charge. You are the Broker of Record for all individual health insurance. You represent all the carriers and the plans on the site. You can also view submitted applications and health questionnaires through a separate portal. This platform enables you to sell large numbers of individual policies with greater efficiency than ever before.
