Mitch Katz Joins Array Health as Client Services Manager

SEATTLE, WA (June 15, 2009) - Array Health, a benefits administration company, announces that Mitch Katz has been added as Client Services Manager. Katz brings more than 20 years experience in client service and customer support to Array. “Hiring a manager of Mitch’s talent reinforces our commitment to our clients. As an operations professional at HarperCollins Publishers, Physician Micro Systems, and Smashing Ideas, Katz has managed call centers, training centers, implementation groups, and technical support teams, with a special emphasis on helping people take advantage of new technology.
